KeyMavens Group and LuLu Group Sign Agreement for anchor tenant space at Le Meryeme – Liwan

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – [Date]: KeyMavens Group hosted a signing ceremony between Le Meryeme and LuLu Group for the lease of an anchor tenant space at “Le Meryeme – Liwan,” one of the Group’s retail developments. The strategic partnership aims to enhance the shopping experience and establish the mall as an integrated retail and service destination in the area.

The signing ceremony was attended by senior executives from KeyMavens Group companies and Le Meryeme. Eng. Munther Al Ali, Chairman of KeyMavens Group, welcomed Mr. Salim Mousalim, Chief Executive Officer of LuLu Group, and the accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, both parties discussed developments within the retail sector, emerging market trends, and evolving consumer needs. They also explored several areas of mutual interest and potential opportunities for future collaboration before formally signing the agreement.
