Honour Code for Pioneering Educational Training Launched the National Summer Programme
“My Nation: Unity and Loyalty” from 21 June – 15 July, 2026
As part of the “Unity and Loyalty” initiative hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain to promote the values of citizenship and national belonging, Honour Code for Pioneering Educational Training Launched the National Summer Programme “My Nation: Unity and Loyalty” on Sunday 21 June 2026.
The programme, which extends until 15 July 2026, features a diverse range of specialized training workshops, purposeful national awareness activities, and innovative interactive programmes designed to enhance national awareness, promote the values of loyalty and belonging, and strengthen social cohesion. These activities contribute to developing a nationally conscious generation capable of making positive contributions to both society and the nation.
Dr. Maha Noaman Alshorbaji, Chief Executive Officer of Honour Code for Pioneering Educational Training, affirmed that the programme aims to strengthen the values of loyalty and national belonging among participants, develop skills in information verification, critical thinking, and digital citizenship, and reinforce the principles of positive citizenship and social responsibility. The programme also seeks to promote awareness of Bahrain’s national values and identity, foster pride in them, enhance awareness of the importance of active participation in serving society and the nation, and raise awareness of the positive values and behaviours that contribute to building a cohesive and sustainable society. Through these objectives, the programme aspires to prepare informed, responsible, and influential citizens who can actively contribute to the Kingdom’s national development journey.
She further noted that the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, has placed great importance on young people, recognizing them as the nation’s most valuable asset and the driving force behind progress and development. As such, youth have been positioned among the Kingdom’s highest priorities as the cornerstone of its future and key partners in achieving sustainable development.
The Summer camp hosts a distinguished group of experts and specialists from local community institutions, including representatives from the Executive Office of the National Plan to Promote National Belonging and Reinforce the Values of Citizenship (Bahrainouna) at the Ministry of Interior, as well as academics from universities and higher education institutions. Alongside of educational and psychological consultants. She added that the workshops and activities dedicated to business owners on the first day of the programme witnessed strong attendance and active participation.
The National Summer Programme, is fully aligned with the Kingdom’s national vision and strategic priorities. While the programme targets a broad spectrum of society, including business owners, public and private sector employees, and parents, it places particular emphasis on children and youth through a range of dedicated activities and programmes designed to strengthen their sense of national identity, foster the values of citizenship, belonging, and loyalty, and enhance their awareness of their role in serving society and contributing to the nation’s continued progress and prosperity.
