استضافت شركة أونر كود لريادة التدريب التعليمي، في الثلاثين من شهر أبريل، اللقاء التعريفي الثاني عبر منصة تيمز، والذي قدمه الدكتور إبراهيم أبو زيد أستاذ الفئات الخاصة وطرق تدريس اللغة العربية تحت عنوان ” نحو بيئة تعليمية شاملة في مرحلة رياض الأطفال.

ويأتي هذا اللقاء الذي تنظمه أونر كود حول البيئة الشاملة والجودة وتصميم الأنشطة ضمن سلسلة من البرامج التدريبية التي تعتزم الشركة إطلاقها مع بداية الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الجاريّ، والموجهة للمربين والمختصين في مجال رياض الأطفال.
الفئات الخاصة في رياض الأطفال
تناول المحور الأول من اللقاء الذي تنظمه أونر كود أساليب التعامل مع الأطفال من الفئات الخاصة، مثل أطفال التوحد، وذوي الإعاقات السمعية والبصرية.
كما تطرق اللقاء إلى مفهوم الروضة الدامجة، سواء بشكل كلي أو جزئي، وأكد على أهمية وجود اختصاصيات في مجال التربية الخاصة ضمن كوادر رياض الأطفال.
الجودة في رياض الأطفال
كما قدّم الدكتور إبراهيم خلال اللقاء التفاعلي تعريفًا لمفهوم الجودة في رياض الأطفال، وبيّن كيفية التعرّف على مدى تمتع المؤسسة بمعايير الجودة في تعليم الأطفال.
أسس إعداد الأنشطة في رياض الأطفال
إضافة إلى ذلك تناول اللقاء التعريفي الثاني آليات تصميم وتنظيم الأنشطة في مرحلة رياض الأطفال لتحقيق أكبر قدر من الإفادة والقيمة المضافة للأطفال.

On April 30th, Honour Code for Educational Pioneering Training hosted the second webinar via Microsoft Teams. The webinar session was presented by Dr. Ibrahim Abu Zaid, lecturer of Special Needs Education and Arabic Language Teaching Methods, under the title: “Towards an Inclusive Learning Environment in the KGs.” This webinar is part of a series of training programmes Honour Code plans to launch at the beginning of the upcoming academic semester, targeting educators and specialists in the field of early childhood education.
Special Education Needs Category at KGs
The first part of the session addressed strategies for working with children with special needs, such as children with autism and those with hearing or visual impairments. The session also explored the concept of inclusive KGs whether fully or partially integrated, and emphasized the importance of having specialists in special education as part of the KG staff.
Quality in KGs
During the interactive session, Dr. Ibrahim provided a definition of the concept of quality in KGs and explained how to assess whether an institution meets the quality standards in children’s education.
Principles of Designing Activities in KGs
In addition, the second introductory session addressed the mechanisms for designing and organizing activities in the KGs to achieve the maximum benefit and added value for children.
